Shipping policy

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Provided the products in your order are in stock, we will dispatch orders within 48 hours via tracked postal or courier services.  We generally utilise Royal Mail, DPD and DHL tracked services for speed and reliability for both domestic and international fulfilments.  

Where products in your order are not in stock, please refer to individual product details in our Shop which outline the production lead time for all products.

A delivery charge will be applied at the checkout as appropriate.

All risks in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on the delivery of the product to the address you specify in your order.

DELAY OF DELIVERY

We will endeavour to deliver your item within the specified time scales. However we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance for any cause beyond the control of Juliette O Designs.
